Chineme Aghazu is a technologist, strategist, and systems thinker with more than 25 years of experience solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, risk, and human needs.

But FullyKnow™ began with something deeply personal: a belief that people deserve a better chance to understand what is happening within their own health story.

Chineme’s work is grounded in preemptive risk identification—the idea that meaningful risks often begin as small changes, weak signals, or patterns that are easy to miss until much later. She believes that bringing an individual’s health information together over time can create greater visibility, support better questions, and help people and their clinicians recognize when something may deserve a closer look.

That belief became FullyKnow™: a patient-centered, longitudinal health registry built to help individuals understand, protect, and participate in their own health story.

For Chineme, FullyKnow is about more than technology or AI. It is about giving people greater agency, building technology worthy of their trust, and creating a future where the individual is no longer the person with the least visibility into their own healthcare.
